Dr. Benjamin Campbell is a board-certified physician with more than 15 years of experience in internal medicine and preventive care. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, where he developed a strong foundation in whole-person, integrative care. Before joining Well Aging Med, Dr. Campbell served as an internist at Sutter Roseville Medical Center, providing comprehensive care to a wide range of patients and managing complex medical conditions.
His approach emphasizes proactive wellness, longevity, and optimizing health outcomes for each individual. Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Campbell is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys hiking, biking, and exploring Northern California with his wife and their two children. His dedication to family and nature complements his professional philosophy of balance, vitality, and well-being.
Tara O’Neal grew up in the Sacramento, California area. After marrying her high school sweetheart, she attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where she joined ROTC and began her journey in the military. She currently serves as a Medical Services Officer in the United States Army.
Before pursuing her Medical Doctorate at St. George’s University, Tara gained valuable experience as a patient care coordinator at Dr. Bogard's office, where she developed a deep understanding of patient care. She looks forward to connecting with her patients and helping them achieve optimal health.
In her free time, Tara enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, traveling, running half marathons, playing indoor soccer, and discovering the cutest local coffee shops.
Ted is an experienced Nurse Practitioner known for delivering comprehensive patient care across various healthcare settings. Ted holds a Master of Science in Nursing in Family Nurse Practitioner from Sonoma State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand View University. Additionally, Ted is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Ted's passion for healthcare and dedication to patient well-being shine through his extensive professional journey.
Emily is a Registered Nurse with 25 years of experience and a deep passion for caring for others. A graduate of Utah Valley University, she has worked across a wide range of specialties, including mother-baby, nursery, oncology, and functional wellness. Throughout her career, Emily has been dedicated to helping people feel their best and guiding them on their personal wellness journeys. She values the opportunity to connect with her patients, listen to their stories, and play a meaningful role in their healing process.
Bre is dedicated and compassionate about helping others. She previously worked as a medical assistant at California State Prison, Solano. Her strong foundation as a Medical Assistant has helped in her transition to a licensed nurse. With hands-on experience in clinical procedures, patient care, and administrative support, Bre is a vital part of our team.
As a nurse, Bre is committed to advancing patient outcomes through nursing care, continued education, and a passion for making a positive impact in every clinical setting.
With a nursing background spanning skilled nursing facilities, MedSurg, and Telemetry, Nancy has honed her skills in patient care, clinical growth, and managing high-acuity patients. Drawn to functional medicine for its focus on addressing root causes rather than just symptoms, she is passionate about helping patients prevent illness through lifestyle, diet, and habit changes.
Her approach goes beyond managing symptoms—she looks at the bigger picture to guide patients toward long-term health and wellness. Believing that the body can heal itself when supported with the right tools, Nancy emphasizes balance, happiness, and proactive health as keys to longevity.
Outside of nursing, she is an avid hiker, fitness enthusiast, traveler, and food lover.
Karrie, LVN, brings over 25 years of diverse medical experience, including a 22-year career as a professional firefighter paramedic. Her extensive background in emergency medicine is complemented by work in correctional and home health nursing, giving her a unique perspective on complex patient advocacy and proactive wellness.
Licensed in IV therapy and phlebotomy, Karrie provides expert technical support for advanced functional protocols. She is passionate about bridging the gap between acute clinical care and long-term, root-cause healing.
Outside the clinic, Karrie enjoys horseback riding, snowboarding, and whitewater rafting with her three children and friends.
