Meet the Team


 

 

Michelle Tom, MSN, RN, CCRN, FNP

Is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who works with Well Aging Med to help optimize our patients’ aging process for a longer, happier, and more fulfilling life. Michelle is passionate about helping people feel their best and optimizing their hormones through pellet therapy.

Michelle is a local Californian who got her ADN at Sac City College and her BSN at Chico State University. She has 15 years of ICU experience as a registered nurse at UC Davis Medical Center. She completed her MSN as a nurse practitioner at Sonoma State University.

In her free time, Michelle likes to travel with her family and try new foods. She also loves being outdoors and hiking.


Holly Gillan, BSN, RN, PHN, CMT

Is a registered nurse who works with Well Aging Med and uses her functional medicine coaching training to support people in their lifestyle choices and assist them on their wellness journeys. Holly utilizes her skills here to perform ozone therapy and perform patient intakes.

Holly is a local who was raised in Carmichael. She graduated in 2011 with her RN from Sac City College and received her BSN from Chico State. She has experience working in a wide variety of settings with patients of all ages and medical conditions.

When she is not at work, Holly loves to get outside to paddleboard or snowboard or you can find her at the gym lifting weights. 

 

 

 


Tamila Dorozhivskaya, BSN, RN

Is an aesthetic nurse who works with Well Aging Med to combine her medical expertise and her passion for aesthetic nursing through PRP, aesthetic laser, and Botox. She believes that feeling good about the way you look plays a pivotal role in confidence and self-esteem.

Tamila immigrated from Ukraine when she was five years old and grew up in Sacramento with her family. She graduated from the California State University of Sacramento with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. In her gap year, she did volunteer work in Honduras and Mexico, providing rural areas with access to medical care. She then went back to school to get her nursing degree from Samuel Merritt University.

On her days off, Tamila loves to stay active, go “glamping”, and spend time with her family.
